    • Hoff Heating and A/C technicians are qualified with a NATE certified ranking. NATE certification represents the industry standard of excellence.
    • Technician must meet monthly training requirements to maintain Journeyman Status

    Our commercial agreements are customized for each individual location. Agreements offered range from monthly filter changes to quarterly and bi-annual agreements.     Gold Plan

    • Includes 3 planned visits per year: Heating, Cooling, and a Midseason
    • Priority Customer Service for breakdowns
    • Includes a 15% Parts and Repair Discount
    • If you have a breakdown in between your planned visits, there would be NO service call charge (during regular business hours). If it is after normal business hours, you would only be charged a service call fee rather than overtime charges.
    • Our Midseason visit ensures that your filters are changed as needed and allows us to monitor the actual performance of your system during peak operation.
    Silver Plan

    • Includes 2 planned service visits per year: Heating and Cooling
    • Priority Customer Service for breakdowns
    • Includes 10% Parts and Repair Discount
    • If you were to have a breakdown in between your planned visits, regular service call or overtime service call charges apply
